Martians from Hot Toys on his site, MWCToys.com.  From the 1996 movie Mars Attacks!, the Martian Soldier and Martian Ambassador figures are 1:6 scale, standing about 10-inches tall.  With over 13 points of articulation, the poseable figures include several additional accessories and extras, including weapon, interchangeable hands, display stand, and more.  Each retails for about $120.
