R2-D2 USB Humidifier
Winter got you feeling a little dry and unhappy? Perhaps the R2-D2 USB humidifier will help moisten and brighten your day. We mentioned this little gadget a few months ago, and now ThinkGeek is offering the trusty droid for about $20. The USB-powered desktop humidifier holds just a few ounces of water, so this won’t fill the whole house or office. But hey, why would you want to share? Pop his top, add water, plug him into your computer, and enjoy the misty goodness.
Available from ThinkGeek and other retailers. Retail price $19.99

Sometimes it is awfully hard to avoid the seductive call of the dark side of the force, especially when cookies are involved. You know the kind, triple-chocolate with dark chocolate morsels. Mmm, cookies. Anyway, there is no better way to whip up a batch of dark side goodness than with the new kitchen apron from ThinkGeek featuring the simple invitation: “Come to the dark side. We have cookies -V”. The apron itself is a very slimming black with white lettering, about 30-inches long (not including the adjustable neck strap), 20-inches wide, and with two open-top pockets. Being bad never felt so good.
Available from ThinkGeek. Retail price $19.99

Robby the Robot Lifesize Replica
While this gift may be a bit big for a Christmas stocking, the life-size Robby the Robot replica could certainly work as a stand-in for your tree. Standing over 7 feet tall, this is a special edition, fully animatronic remote-controlled version of Robby, the robot from the 1956 film Forbidden Planet. Exclusive to Hammacher Schlemmer, putting this little baby “under the tree” will set you back $50,000. True, you could buy a new car for much less than that, but really, who would want a car when they could put a talking robot in their game room?

ThinkGeek Star Wars Tauntaun Sleeping Bag
Last month when we told you about ThinkGeek’s upcoming Tauntaun sleeping bag release, you couldn’t order it yet. Well, now you can. ThinkGeek is taking pre-orders (limited two, please) on their web site for the $100 bag. They are promising delivery by November 30th for those that order now.
The sleeping bag, in the form of dead Tauntaun from Star Wars Episode 5 (aka The Empire Strikes Back), started as a simple April Fool’s joke on the ThinkGeek website. The resulting fan demand for a real product prompted the twisted minds at ThinkGeek to make it happen (with the blessing of Lucasfilm, of course). So for those that prefer the warmth of a Tauntaun carcass over a Snuggie, step on up and place your order.
Available for pre-order from ThinkGeek. Retail price $99.99
Update: The StarWarsShop is also offering these sleeping bags for pre-order.
