Bungie and Microsoft revealed today the details of the new Halo: Reach video game, exclusive to the Xbox 360. Three “flavors” will be available for gamers this fall: standard, Limited and Legendary editions. The Legendary edition includes the coveted 10-inch Nobel Team statuette. All three editions are available for pre-order right now from many retailers, including GameStop and Amazon, with retail prices ranging from $60 to $150.
Attention Halo fans and collectors. Coming in April, McFarlane Toys introduces two new M274 Ultra-Light, All-Terrain Vehicle toy sets. The M274 Ultra-Light, AKA the Mongoose, comes in two versions: Mongoose with 5″ Yellow/Blue Spartan EVA and Mongoose with 5″ ODST Rookie in VISR Mode. The VISR mode vehicle and ODST Rookie feature glow-in-the-dark paint.
McFarlane Toys has announced that their Halo Series 6 figures will be landing in stores and online October 2009. The new “Medal Edition” series includes new characters, new weapons, plus 10 different collectible medals. The line includes the introduction of the highly desired Spartan Recon Armor, as well as the new “The Rookie” figure from Halo 3: ODST. Other figures include Elite Shipmaster -RTAS ‘Vadumee, Brute Bodyguard, Flood Pure Form Stalker, white, blue, & teal Spartan EVAs, a red Grunt, an orange Spartan CQB, a steel Spartan Recon, a sage Spartan Hayabusa, and a gold Elite Assault.
